7.5 Tonne Driver Description We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced 7.5 tonne van driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating our vehicles to deliver goods to various locations. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Responsibilities: * Safely operate a 7.5 tonne van to transport goods to designated locations * Plan delivery routes efficiently to meet deadlines * Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations * Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries * Maintain accurate delivery records and reports Requirements: * Valid C1 (7.5 tonne) driving license * Previous experience driving a 7.5 tonne van preferred * Clean driving record with no major violations * Excellent knowledge of local roads and routes * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Physical fitness for lifting and moving cargo * Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed * Must be minimum age 23 with at least 6 months driving experience Driver Hire is the UK’s largest specialist transport & logistics recruitment company.
