ARM have an exciting opportunity for a part time Accounts Payable to join one of our clients in Redhill on a part time basis.

The Accounts Payable will ensure that all company costs and bank account transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.

The Role:

Setting up and posting purchase invoices and processing payments to banking and accounting systems.
Posting daily cash transactions and reconciling bank accounts.
Monthly reconciliation of purchase ledger accounts.
Assisting with mandates and other banking queries.
Daily banking of cheques and updating cheque register.
Assisting with the process of monthly expenses and company credit cards.
Ad hoc tasks depending on month end requirements and business needs.

Requirements:

Part qualified or desire to start working towards relevant accountancy qualification (AAT)
Take pride, accountability, and ownership in everything you do.
Provide an efficient, high-quality service to the Company's stakeholders at all times.
Ability to work as a pro-active team member.
Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Ability to interpret and apply procedures.
Flexibility and ability to prioritize own workload depending on business needs.
Clear, concise, and logical verbal and written communication skills
