Job Role: Financial Assistant

Job Opportunity: Financial Assistant / Bookkeeper with Expertise in Credit Control, Debtor, Cashflow, Profit & Loss, Financial reporting.

Are you a meticulous Financial Assistant / bookkeeper with a knack for numbers and a passion for financial organisation?

We're seeking a skilled individual to join our growing team as a Financial Assistant.

Responsibilities:

- Inputting and managing invoices accurately and efficiently.

- Implementing effective credit control procedures to ensure timely payments from clients.

- Handling debtor management to optimise cash flow and minimise outstanding payments.

- Generating cash flow and profit and loss documents to provide insights for financial decision-making.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in finance / bookkeeping or similar role.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel - Clearbooks / XERO an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.

Location: Gravesend, Kent - office based role

Salary: 23,000 - 30,000 depending on experience.

Working hours - full time.

We are happy to consider part-time working hours with a minimum 3-4 days per week working from our Head Office.

Reporting: you will report directly to the Commercial Director
