Have you gained any property administration experience within an Estate Agents or preferably a Financial Services organisation?

Our client is an established financial services organisation and they are now looking to recruit a Property Administrator to join their friendly team. Initially, this role will be fully office based but 'hybrid working' will be offered after a successful probationary period.

The company is ideally looking for a candidate who has gained any previous property and/or pensions administration experience, so they may fulfil the below duties;-

Perform a variety of tasks necessary to maintain the successful and smooth day to day running of company products and services.
Learn a variety of tasks - all aspects of property work including rent invoicing and rent monitoring, as well as pension benefit calculations and payments.
Provide top quality personal service to clients and build a rapport with those you have regular contact with.
Work well as part of a team, providing support to colleagues and ensuring the working environment is friendly.
Assist with the development of both new and existing procedures.
Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and brand values.

Candidate Specification;-
Previous property sales and/or pensions administration experience.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
