An independent Air Conditioning design and installation company, with a work hard play hard mentality, are looking for a HVAC Service Manager to work on multiple projects in and around London. They have a rapidly expanding portfolio, and looking for someone to further strengthen the Team and Business.

As the successful HVAC Service Manager, you will be

• HVAC service manager will be experienced in managing PPM tasks allocation to ensure scheduling of engineers is effectively coordinated
• HVAC service manager will be experienced in managing and overseeing the service desk
• HVAC service manager will be experienced in managing the engineering team
• HVAC service Manager will be able to implement service strategies to optimize efficiency, customer satisfaction, and departmental growth
• HVAC service Manager will be from a FM/ Hard services background
• HVAC service Manager will be will collaborate with the sales team to identify service opportunities

To be successful as the Facilities maintenance Service Manager, you must have:

• HVAC service Manager will be will have experience working for a large Service & maintenance contractor within building Services and HVAC service and maintenance contractor / FM company
• HVAC service Manager will have experience in successful supervision of service desk and administration teams
• HVAC service Manager will be will have technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and related technologies
• Facilities Maintenance service Manager will be a commutable distance of Newbury
• Facilities Maintenance service Manager will have experience managing the engineering team

HVAC Service Manager - Up to 60k dependent on experience + package + pension
