This is not the case with this business I'm working with. Based in Berkshire, my client is an established office design and build contractor who works with some of the UKs most prestigious companies. With ambitious growth plans in the pipeline this a great time to be joining the company. About the role: My client is seeking a Bid-writer to join their sales and marketing team. The main responsibility of the Bid Designer/Graphic Designer will involve crafting pitch, bid, submission, and pre-qualification materials in collaboration with the Sales and Business Development departments. Additionally, they will be tasked with generating sales collateral to bolster the sales process and developing marketing content to enhance overall marketing efforts. This role will be based full time 5 days a week at my client's Berkshire office. Rewards & Benefits: My client is offering a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, parking paid for, 25 days holiday, Life Assurance. Requirements: * Educated to Degree level in Graphic Design * Experienced in Adobe InDesign and broad experience in the Adobe suite. * IT literate, Microsoft 365. * Experience working on submissions, bids and/or pitch documents would be advantageous. * Some understanding of the B2B sales cycle. * Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. * Excellent copy editing skills, proofing skills and attention to detail. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Directors to create compelling bid documents, tender submissions, PQQs, and presentations. They will gather content from multiple departments, infusing creativity while ensuring adherence to brand standards. With meticulous attention to detail, they will review and edit content for accuracy and consistency, actively participating in all stages of the bid process. Additionally, they will develop a strong understanding of the industry, competitors, and supply chain to contribute effectively to the team's success
