Role and Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging and dynamic science lessons to secondary school students. * Utilize innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. * Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth. * Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the science curriculum. * Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support as needed. Requirements: * Teaching qualification (QTS) is essential. * Proven experience working in a secondary school setting. * Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply. * Enhanced DBS clearance is essential. * Ability to engage and motivate students, maximizing their potential. * Adaptable and passionate about delivering high-quality education.
