FM Site Manager / Technical services Manager

Job title: Technical Services Manager / Site Manager Location: Static High-End Commercial Site Located in Holborn Terms: Permanent contract - Monday to Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm Salary/rate: Salary is paying £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Requirements: Electrical Qualifications needed consist of the below - * City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Engineering * 18th Edition * City & Guilds 2391 testing and inspecting * HVAP - Desired About the company This company have been successfully operating since 1988, specialising in the operation and Mechanical and Engineering maintenance of landmark buildings in London. About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong Technical Services Manager to cover a High-End Commercial Environment in the heart of London. They are looking for a reliable Site Manager to contribute to the M&E works and running's onsite and to report straight back to the Account manager. Responsibilities: * Management and supervision of the team in accordance with Procedures and Policies * Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of the sites M&E * Plant and Equipment and Services. * Compliance with and record keeping * Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems * Attend site and manage reactive repairs as instructed by client and Site Staff/System. * Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to the Engineering team and Supply Partners ensuring optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved. * Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices Candidate requirements: * The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer) * The ideal candidate has bundles of experience as a site supervisor and within the facilities maintenance industry. * Strong building services background. * At least three years' experience in a supervisory position.
