Role: Creative Digital Marketing Manager Location: Burnley Salary: up to £40,000 Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am- 5pm & Friday 8:30am- 3pm Benefits: 28 days holiday including bank holidays and free onsite parking Tailor Made are delighted to be working with a leading packaging organisation established over fifty years ago. Our client are seeking an experienced, creative and proactive Creative Digital Marketing Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, creative and imaginative and can think outside of the box. You will manage the group’s website and marketing creation and take full responsibility for the website updates and maintenance to ensure sales growth, partnered with creative marketing ideas and content creation to develop and maintain ‘Brand Identity’ and create strong, visual marketing campaigns to promote the UK based. The Role: * Develop a deep understanding of the brand, their competitors, and the market in which they operate * Demonstrate high levels of creative enthusiasm, highlighting your passion through creative marketing campaigns and promotions * Create exciting and engaging B2B & B2C marketing assets within set brand identities that the brand uses for advertising, promotion and digital use * Support social media * Work with photographers to help create content, working in parallel with the marketing calendar * Manage the photography process * Management of all the group company websites, driving traffic and exceeding sales targets * Maintenance of the websites - product updates, copy updates, product launches, homepage updates * Assist with all marketing materials for all departments * Utilise creative design expertise to create and enhance various digital marketing materials * Create, build and action our social media advertising on google * Update to with key word terms and searches and then Implementing SEO changes on to the websites * Writing regular blogs which are SEO content rich About you: * Previous experience as a Creative Marketing Manager or similar * Experienced with WordPress and WooCommerce * Highly experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite for design work * Experience in product photography and equipment usage an advantage, but not essential * Excellent copy writer * Strong communication skills for conveying marketing plans and activation * Openness to taking direction and incorporating feedback during marketing review sessions * Experience and expertise in multiple marketing specialties (i.e., email building and implementation, digital ad creation, and web page building) * Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to generate creative ideas * Ability to think strategically about For more information Contact Charlotte Sinar By submitting your CV to Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd you are consenting to Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd providing you with recruitment services as an agency defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and authorising Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd to work seek on your behalf.
