Quantity Surveyor / Estimator 18 Rec are sourcing a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator for our client, a Main Contractor, based in Liverpool. The Quantity Surveyor / Estimator will be working among a growing and dynamic team, managing works from initial enquiry & tender stage through to final account and handover. Projects include; education and healthcare refurbishments, commercial and residential works, ranging from £700k to £8M+. This is an excellent opportunity with a career progression plan in place. Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Position Overview * Working from tender stage through to final account * Estimating and quantity surveying duties * Estimating and cost planning * Procurement advice * Tender document preparation and reporting * Cost reporting * Final account preparation Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Position Requirements * Prior experience working as a QS / Estimator covering refurbishment projects up to £8 million. * Hold a relevant qualification in Construction / Quantity Surveying (not essential) * Full driving licence * Role is based in Liverpool with time spent in the Manchester office. * Further details can be discussed upon application.
