We have an exciting position available for a Customer Voice Business Partner to join us! What’s the role all about? This is an exciting new role for us and is all about working with our customers to make sure they have their say and shape our customer facing services. At One Manchester we want to involve our customers in everything we do, and this role is key in making this happen. In this role every day will be different, but it will involve lots of engagement activities, working closely with our customers and reporting on what’s been delivered. Who are we looking for? * We’re looking for someone who has a passion for helping customers express themselves and has some experience in a customer facing role. * It would be a real bonus if you have experience working in the housing sector but understanding what social housing is and how communities work will be useful in this role. * We want someone who’s great at building positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike. * We’re looking for someone who has experience in running groups or community activities. * It would also be a big plus if you’ve got experience creating new processes to meet customers needs. * This role would suit a people person, who is also process driven; someone who focuses on doing things the right way and is all about working towards the best outcomes. * You’ll also need to know how to use IT software including Microsoft Office.
