Lead Endoscopy Practitoiner (RGN/ODP)


Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for a Lead Endoscopy Practitioner (RGN/ODP) to join a leading private provider situated on the border between South East London and Kent. This role offers a salary of up to £45,000 p/a and excellent benefits including healthcare, life assurance, pension and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (with option to buy/sell additional holidays). This is a full-time role working across Monday – Friday, no weekends and no on-call. Condensed hours across 4 days will also be considered for the right individual.   This friendly, recently refurbished hospital has a Good CQC rating plus 30+ beds, 2 operating theatres, 12 consulting rooms, recently refurbished physiotherapy centre and dedicated imaging department. They offer a variety of surgical services including Endoscopy, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, ENT, Gynaecology, Cosmetics and Ophthalmology. As Endoscopy Lead you will: Oversee the strategic management of the endoscopy service and a team of endoscopy Nurses/Practitioners, maintaining safe and efficient delivery of care. Lead on the achievement of their JAG Accreditation and maintaining a ‘Good’ CQC rating. Provide highly visible leadership across your team and work closely with the SMT and Consultants to drive efficiencies, grow the services and improve the patient experience.To apply for this role, you must be a NMC registered Nurse or HCPC registered Practitioner with prior experience working within Endoscopy. You will Be confident managing a team, and to achieve the top end of the salary have experience in achieving & maintaining JAG Accreditation.
