Member Engagement Administrator


If you enjoy gathering and manipulating data and have office admin experience, this role could be for you. You'd be building, sending and monitoring email campaigns to an existing base of members and collating the results ready to create reports for your customers. A keen eye for detail, a little bit of creative flair and the ability to monitor multiple campaigns at any given time is essential. Responsibilities: Setup and manage online forms and platforms Monitor and report on system performance Contribute to internal communication and reporting Act as a technical point of contact for customer support Execute bulk email campaigns Automate processes and report on outcomes Manipulate data to ensure accuracy Required Skills: Clear written and verbal communication Basic HTML knowledge (advantageous but not essential. what is essential is a willingness to learn) Familiarity with standard IT software packages Experience in analysing and disseminating information Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Confident speaking with customers over phone and email Desired Skills: Experience with proprietary software programmes Knowledge of back-end systems (MIS, Wordpress, Mailchimp) Familiarity with email marketing software Advanced Excel functions Additional Tasks (When workload allows): Assist with inputting data Aid in various administrative tasks Contribute to teamwork efforts If you're seeking a fulfilling role where you can contribute to our team's success, apply now and become part of our dedicated workforce.
