Key Responsibilities: · Utilise various sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. · Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles. · Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences. · Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and placement. · Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job search process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and career advice. · Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and strategies for success. · Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs to drive business growth and success.
