Marketing Performance Analyst - Limassol, Cyprus

Very good knowledge of MS Excel at advanced level for DATA ANALYSIS / REPORTING is also a high demand. Experience in garnering data from various platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Firebase, Google Data Studio, Media Buying etc is a must The main responsibilities of the position include: * Design, implement and maintain adequate reporting to monitor the company’s operations and performance * Analyse online user behaviour and conversion data, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution * Perform ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different digital marketing campaigns * Support budgeting process and goal setting across key metrics, modelling the business impact of proposed changes Interpret trends to identify business and data improvement opportunities * Deliver action-oriented insights and best practices to further optimize the digital marketing strategy Conduct competitor analysis * Maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Main requirements: * BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or any other related field * At least 4 years of experience in a similar position * Experience in various platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Firebase, Google Data Studio, Media Buying etc is a must * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills * Strong analytical & organisation skills with high attention to detail * Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies * Ability to work under pressure and engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously * SEO / SEM skills may be useful * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
