Position Overview:
As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of commercial construction projects, including industrial facilities, retail spaces, and office buildings. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship.

Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards.

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and project managers.

Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and safety records.

Resolve site issues and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner, escalating as necessary to ensure project continuity.

Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Site Manager or similar role in commercial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, particularly in industrial, retail, and office construction.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of subcontractors and site personnel.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable but not essential.
