As the first point of contact for visitors arriving at Wallington, you'll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, process transactions, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
Salary: 11.50 per hour
Contract/duration: This is a fixed term role until 31 December 2024, with potential to become permanent.
Hours/working pattern: This role is based on a flexible amount of working hours, and you'll be paid monthly for any hours worked. This amount will therefore not be a fixed sum. As a guide we estimate around 500 hours per annum as you will cover holidays and support at busy periods. For this role, you'll work regular weekends and Bank Holidays.

What you'll be doingDay to day, you'll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. We operate an in-car driveway arrival point. You'll be involved in processing transactions in all weathers and sometimes with large numbers of cars arriving at the property. You'll need good stamina and the ability to adapt quickly to changing visitor flow. You'll be on hand answering queries and listening to what our visitors need so you can share the right information.
