Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, assisting with academic tasks, social skills development, and personal care as needed.

- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development and well-being of students with SEN.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, compassionate, and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Relevant qualifications in SEN education or a willingness to undergo training.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
