Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer Job Description Location: England, Greater London, London Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Primary Industry: Energy, Oil and Gas Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 Per annum Benefits: OTE £50,000+ Job Duties: Installation, maintenance, and calibration of dual fuel smart metres in residential and commercial settings Responding to service calls and troubleshooting metre issues Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards Providing excellent customer service and educating clients on energy usage Completing accurate documentation and reports Required Qualifications Valid certification as a Smart Meter Engineer. (e.g. MOCOPA) Ideally 18 months experience in installing and maintaining smart meter systems. Strong understanding of electrical and energy supply systems. Proficient in using relevant tools and equipment for smart meter installations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Good communication skills to interact with clients and address their concerns. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work. Experience: Prior experience as a Dual Fuel Smart meter Engineer Working Conditions: This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, depending on the installation or maintenance requirements. It may also require occasional travel to different locations within the designated area
