Stadium, arena or multiple fast casual concessions*** Operational responsibilities for running concession kitchens. Managing high volume and big teams. Extensive knowledge of health & safety, food safety & hygiene. An understanding of the business P&L. Develop and train the team and ensuring their engagement.
