We are recruiting for a Technical Advisor / Technical Support Manager to join a well-established and globally recognised, window and door specialist located in North-West London. The successful individual with be collaborating closely with distribution partners and account managers in the domestic and commercial markets. overseeing the daily operations of the Technical Department and maintaining a thorough record of all orders and processing. Technical Support Manager Position Remuneration Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 Performance Bonus once proven themselves Mobile Phone Laptop Working hours 09:00 to 17:00 Position is office based only Pension Bonus Scheme once probationary period is completed. Technical Support Manager Position Overview Technical assistance for domestic and commercial clients Handling all domestic & commercial orders for the UK, Ireland, Canada & USA. Modifications to orders and changes forms Provide estimates & pricing for special elements within an order.
