Business Development Executive


Tezlom are looking to grow and take on a Business Development Executive to be part of the Chelmsford team. We are adventurous and would be happy to talk to Applicants from the healthcare sector who may want to bring their experience to the business. We are looking for someone preferably with recruitment experience, be it Permanent or Temporary . A bit about Tezlom We have been established since 2008 and have a franchise network across the UK and we have a new Office in Chelmsford. In a nutshell, we specialize in the recruitment of Care Assistants, Support Workers, Registered Nurses, Deputy Managers and Home Managers and serves some of the UK’s largest, most renowned care providers such as including NHS Hospitals, EMI Homes, Mental Health Hospitals, Learning Disability Units and much more. Transparency Equality Zealous Loyalty Organic Motivation As a Business Developer, your main responsibility would be to develop and implement strategies to grow the business by acquiring new clients and expanding services to existing clients. Your role would involve identifying potential clients, building relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations, and promoting the company's services to them. You would also be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals. * To be successful in this role, you would need to have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including the challenges faced by patients and providers in managing complex medical conditions. You would also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Your role will be to find and follow up on business leads and schedule new business opportunities. Desirable key skills and qualifications that would be valuable for this role include: Experience in sales or marketing in the healthcare industry Knowledge of home health care regulations and reimbursement policies. Familiarity with medical equipment and supplies used in home care. Experience in managing a team of sales and marketing professionals. Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively promote the company's services. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families. About The Role This role will involve working Monday to Friday based in our Chelmsford Office with travel required across the region as necessary in the week to meet the client’s demands and Needs. This will involve creating new relationships, setting up and attending new business client meetings across the Chelmsford Area. It comes down to you and how much you want it. We've got a really nice working environment at the office in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate should have: * A full UK driving license with own vehicle * 2 years sales experience preferably in healthcare. * A proactive and positive attitude * Good communications skills to ensure smooth communication with new and existing clients and candidates * Amazing IT Skills and competent with Excel, Outlook, and a CRM system * An ability to be organised and punctual. * A willingness to learn new skills * A focused and target driven attitude * The ability to be a team player If you believe you meet the above criteria, wish to develop a career in sales and administration and possess the suitable skills for this position, then we look forward to hearing from you.
