Requirements: * Previous experience working with children with autism or special educational needs is highly desirable. * A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to supporting their holistic development. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians. * Patience, empathy, and resilience in working with students who may have complex needs or challenging behaviors. * Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or special education are advantageous but not essential.
