Job Title: Social Worker -Children With Disabilities Location: Bolton Join the Children with Disabilities Team in Bolton. This is an agency role offering an hourly rate of £37 p/h - negotiable depending on experience, a manageable caseload and Hybrid Working. What You Will Do: - Undertake various social work practices including new assessments, care & support, child protection, looked after children, and court/adoption work. - Hold Care and Support cases, and potentially conduct initial assessments. - Manageable caseload within a supportive team environment. - Support children with disabilities or health diagnoses to lead fulfilling lives, addressing a range of conditions. - Conduct carers assessments as part of the social work role.
