Payroll & Finance Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Finance & Payroll Assistant to work for a great company based in the Billingshurst, West Sussex area. The Finance & Payroll Assistant will process weekly payroll and maintain payroll data as well as help out with other finance duties when required. Salary: £28-32K Location: Office based, parking onsite Hours: 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday Finance & Payroll Assistant duties: Processing weekly payroll CIS payments and calculating payments Checking and processing Pensions submissions Monitoring and updating payroll records, checking and reconciling payroll reports Preparing payroll journals Handling employee payroll queries Assist with any other accounting support if requiredSkills and experience: Proven experience working in payroll and accounting support role Ideally have used Sage 50 Payroll and Sage 50 Accounts Excellent communication skills both verbally and writtenMorgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
