Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst, Financial Services Start-Up, London, £60 - £70k + 20% bonus + 20% pension We are exclusively partnering a leading Financial Institution start-up formed by a group of the UK's top retail banks. This is a newly created role and an outstanding opportunity for a qualified Finance Analyst to join a business leading the UK's financial access. Reporting directly to the Senior FP&A Manager and working closely with the Head of Finance you will lead the collation, analysis and reporting of data trends and insights across the business (both financial and non-financial information). Going beyond the numbers you will be providing insight into successes and areas of improvement for the business. The role will require collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, including both internal and external. They offer great flexibility being a predominantly work from home business looking for someone to visit their central London location 1 day per week with travel being paid for. Responsibilities: Proactive collaboration with a variety of senior stakeholders to collate and validate financial and non-financial data from a plethora of sources. Analyse financial and non-financial data to provide insight on trends and to support decision-making across the business. Regularly report on findings and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring the integrity of the data. Data visualisation to communicate outputs to stakeholders, including the translation of financial information for non-financial users. Support ad hoc requests for data analysis across the company. To be successful in this role - you will need: CIMA / ACA / ACCA Qualified with 2+ years of post-qualified experience Industry experience within Retail / Banking / Hospitality Proven FP&A and Business Partnering skills Excellent Excel skills, ability to source, visualise and present data Package £60,000 to £70,000 20% bonus 20% Pension 30 days holiday Other brilliant corporate benefits
