Your Role: As the Marketing Manager, you'll report directly to the Commercial Director, taking ownership of the marketing function and driving strategic initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing & Business Development Executive, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and execute a robust marketing strategy. Translate strategic objectives into clear briefs, guiding creative teams to deliver impactful work. Support multiple profit centres, fostering strong internal relationships. Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with predefined goals. Lead and nurture the marketing function, adapting to the evolving needs of a growing business. Stay abreast of industry trends, conducting market research to inform strategy. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, forging strategic partnerships. Manage the marketing budget, providing regular updates to the board. Represent our client at trade shows and industry events, enhancing brand visibility. Desired Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, comfortable presenting at board level. Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation. Results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
