Key Responsibilities: Oversee contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate contract terms, pricing, and modifications. Maintain accurate contract records, including amendments, correspondence, and approvals.
