Assistant FP&A Analyst

We have a new opportunity for an Assistant FP&A Analyst to join our team within Vistry Services, at our London office. As our Assistant FP&A Analyst you will support the Vistry Services central hub team including ledger management and monthly financial reporting. There is a strong emphasis on business partnering requiring excellent communication skills in addition to financial and business acumen. The role will also help to prepare ad-hoc analysis as required by the main stakeholders and will support the FP&A finance analyst and FP&A manager in the team as required. Behave in line with our company values - Integrity, Caring and Quality Graduate with a relevant degree, AAT studier or part qualified accountant committed to studying to become a fully qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA) Experience of producing reports or presentations Experience of working with and analysing financial datasets Good understanding of double entry bookkeeping High level of competence on excel, including working with large datasets Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast paced environment A proven ability to work as a team member with strong communication skills and ability to build relationships Ability to communicate confidently with both finance and non-finance personnel Willingness to learn and ambition to progress in financeDesirable - COINS finance system Experience of professional finance environment e.g. placement or work experience Construction/housebuilding industry Understanding of the Vistry business More about the Assistant FP&A Analyst role... Monthly journal posting Monthly recharge processing and communications Preparation of monthly overhead reporting packs to support meetings with Vistry Services department teams Reporting non-financial KPIs Business partnering with finance and non-finance teams across the business Managing ad hoc queries or requests from wide range of stakeholders Supporting the wider Group Finance team (FP&A and Financial Reporting) as required.
