Read on… As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include… * Building & maintaining strong relationships with customers * Proactively contacting customers over the phone and expanding customer accounts * Continuously monitoring customer process, proactively addressing issues * Assisting customers configuring their account settings & providing training on products * Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions * Gather customer feedback & identify areas for improvements for customer retention We’re looking for an Account Manager with the following skills and experience… * A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Account Manager or similar position * Some experience in property or tech would be ideal * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships * Happy to get involved in onboarding and training customers when required * Confident in picking up the phone or arranging virtual calls with clients * Proactive, analytical, solution orientated mindset, and able to identify areas for growth * Strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results In return, the successful Account Manager will receive a salary of £27,000 to £32,000 (plus 20% OTE), plus the following benefits… * Hybrid working * Annual bonus scheme * 22 days holiday plus bank holidays * Access to private medical health care, after 3 months of employment * Birthday off Does this Account Manager role sound right up your street?
