Business Development Manager - Recruitment Yorkshire £40,000 - £55,000 + Uncapped commission + Car + Great benefits Elevation Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a Business Development Manager to join this highly reputable and well-established Training and Recruitment business.  The BDM will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting recruitment and training services to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including networking events, cold calling, and online research. Arrange visits and presentations to key current and prospect clients within the territory. Ensure that all National and Key Regional Account sales opportunities are maximised, liaising with National Sales staff as appropriate. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of services and exceed client expectations. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion. Ensure that all promotional & PR opportunities, both for the territories are maximised, liaising with Group Marketing as appropriate. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients, showcasing our recruitment expertise and value proposition. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the recruitment industry but this is not essential. New business hunter with a high-level of drive and motivation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Full Uk Driving license with flexibility to travel across Yorkshire region
