Role: Overall responsibility for the HR function Management of the small HR team Work with colleagues to develop and implement outstanding onboarding processes, wellbeing policies & procedures a coaching model Liaise with our external HR partner to address HR issues that arise To support and coach managers with a range of ER related cases Develop and embed happy workplace principles and ensure staff are supported and empowered to fulfil their roles Develop our recruitment processes to attract the best candidates for all roles ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices Manage safeguarding concerns appropriate to your role and level of training including ensuring all safer recruitment practices are adhered too Ideal Candidate Ideally CIPD level 7 or working towards or equivalent Experience in safer recruitment practices HR Generalist background Experience of managing/ coaching staff teams Benefits 80% onsite 20% WFH A friendly and caring environment to develop your skills and future Continuous development and training opportunities Access to NHS staff benefits
