Commercial Drylining Site Manager - Reputable Interiors Contractor - London Company: Currently a Specialist Fit Out Contractor who carry out projects in the; Commercial, Education, and Residential sectors are looking for an experienced Site Manager. These projects include; CAT A & CAT B fit outs. Projects are mainly located in London and surrounding counties, and usually range from £100k - £3m in value. Commercial Drylining Site Manager Role: Currently they are looking for a site manager with previous drylining experience to work on various projects they have coming up in Berkshire & London. You as the site supervisor will be responsible for all sub-contractors on site, along with general day to day management of the project and adhering to H&S protocols. This is a permanent position and the company do intend to move the successful candidate up through the business in years to come. Commercial Drylining Site Manager Requirements: * Sound knowledge of interior fit out systems - partitioning, suspended ceilings, drylining is highly desirable. * Previously worked on CAT A &/OR CAT B projects, specifically on commercial projects. * 5 years managing experience working on projects with a value of £1m+ * Previous experience working on drylining/fit out projects * All up to date site certificates including SMSTS, CSCS, & First Aid * Good attitude and willing to work as both an individual and as a team Salary: They are offering an annual salary package of up to £55k plus package which will be dependent on the persons experiences and qualifications.
