Job description We are seeking motivated individuals with exceptional customer service skills to assist purchasers in finding their dream home. You will work for a luxury home builder who specialises in constructing high-quality homes. Location Developments throughout Yorkshire and North Midlands Full time and Part time roles available Purpose of the role You will ensure that an excellent level of customer service is delivered to all purchasers. You will be responsible for achieving New Homes Sales, in line with achieving/exceeding set targets whilst ensuring company standard procedures are followed, maximising revenues wherever possible, and positively contributing to the company’s growth. You will also be responsible for all aspects of presentation on the development. Key Responsibilities - Ensure a positive customer experience with existing and prospective purchasers. - You will need to be proactive and follow up on all leads promptly. - Keep the Marketing Suite, Show Homes, and landscaping to the highest standard. - Collaborate with the site team to ensure development is presented to the highest standard. - Conduct weekly checks on signage, web pages including RightMove, and competitors - Generate and maintain positive relationships with Estate Agents - Utilise Company Purchasing Assistance Incentives effectively and the benefits of using company nominated Panel Solicitors - Ensure all Standard Colour Choices are installed correctly and inspect plots regularly. - Keep in touch with purchasers and their Solicitors regularly - Ensure all plots are ready for Home Tour and Legal Completion Handovers Knowledge and Skills Required - Be available to work weekends and be available outside of normal working hours to support the company needs as & when directed to do so in order to support key selling times and events. - Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral. - High level of organisational skills. - Excellent Customer Service Skills. - Full driving licence and own car. - Computer Literate. - Ability to work unsupervised - Experience in face to face sales Desirable - Understanding of GDPR implications, Consumer Code - Full understanding of The Consumer Code for House Builders. - Have knowledge of The New Build Industry & Housing Market. - Proven track record in New Build Sales.
