Role & Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the accounts function
Banking and Reconciliation
Card accounts
Petty Cash management
Cash flow reports
Purchase Ledger oversight
Preparation of Monthly Payroll for both Salaried Staff and Hourly paid Carers
Nominal control Accounts
Preparation of Monthly Financial and Management accounts
Key Requirements:
General bookkeeping experience (Essential)
Experience in responsibilities 1-5 listed above (Essential)
Relevant qualifications: AAT level 3 or higher (Desirable)
Proficiency in Sage or similar accounting software (Desirable)
Good IT skills and proficiency in spreadsheets (Essential)
