Credit Controller

We are currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller for our fast growing client in Loughborough, who offer sustainability, inclusivity, and diversity.

To be considered for the Credit Controller role, you ll require the following essentials:

• Similar experience in a Credit control environment
• Be an excellent team player with ability to build great relationships
• Be familiar with Accounts software
• Hold strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ideally pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Have the ability to work to strict deadlines and meet KPI s

Reporting to the Head of Credit Control, you ll also be:

• Responsible in ensuring debtor days are on target by maximising cash collections
• Ensuring that all processes are actioned in a timely manner
• Processing payments either via direct debit or credit card payments
• Chasing outstanding payments, issuing receipts and raising customer statements
• Ensuring sales ledgers are up to date
• Allocation of remittances and maintaining forecasts in line with expectations
• Be responsible for invoice queries, credit checks, and chasing late payments
• Processing weekly and monthly reports

Salary & Working Hours

• Salary is GBP25,500 per annum
• 40 hours per week, Monday Friday
• Free On site parking
• 25 days holiday including bank holidays
