MIG Welder Fabricator


Barker Ross are currently recruiting for an MIG Welder Fabricator to join a fast paced and forward-thinking company. This role will be in the Leicester, LE2 area.

The successful applicant will be working in the welding department. A fast-paced department ran by a close knit, hardworking hands-on team.

Previous welding experience is essential.

Hours - Monday to Thursday - 07:30 - 16:00 (Friday 07:30 - 15:00)

Pay rate - 13.00 per hour

Experience Required:

  • Assisting the welding team in the manufacturing and production of all types of ducting and sheet metal
  • Usage of heavy-duty power tools
  • Welding
  • Adhoc duties

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Welding experience
  • Able to work using own initiative but follow instructions
  • Experience in a practical, manual environment
  • Reliable, compatible, trustworthy, and honest
