Responsibilities:

Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers, contractors, and internal teams flooring products.
Troubleshoot issues related to installation, maintenance, and performance of company flooring systems.
Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to address customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Potentially conduct on-site visits as needed to assess project requirements, offer technical assistance, and provide training sessions for customers and contractors.

Requirements:

Background in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in technical support or a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
Ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
