Italian Customer Service/Account Manager

Sue Ross Recruitment are working for a well established manufacturing company in the recruitment of a fluent Italian speaking Customer Service/Account Manager.

You will be responsible for managing all Italian accounts, this will include;

• Being the first only point of communication to all customers in Italy
• Raising orders
• Investigating complaints
• Creating shipping documents
• Customs clearance
• Arranging transport

Applicants must be fluent in Italian (spoken and written), have excellent customer service skills, together with proven administrative and IT skills.
