S&P Planning Expert - P2F

Location: WFH / 2 days per month in the London office Rate: £(Apply online only) per day outside IR35 Contract: 6 months (multi-year programme) Opportunity for a S&OP Plan to Fulfill Planning Expert for a Consumer Goods organisation operating in 55 countries embarking on their SAP S/4 Hana transformation. Mandate: Ownership of the Plan-to-Fulfilment S&OP Planning as the Process Owner. Mandatory Skills: o Client facing, strong communicators, ideally some consulting background o Consumer Goods background o End to end process skills (designing processes, defining new roles, operating model, training..) o S/4 HANA implementation experience o Systems experience in Salesforce, OMS systems, Manhattan -warehousing system, planning systems OMP or Kinaxis Expectations: o Impeccable big picture design skills with ability to draw and map processes, communicate ideas, provide value on processes most suitable for best outcomes o Discuss the bigger picture/challenge the client on their respective process, guide the client on where the biggest business value drivers are o Ability to make and drive a plan, can prepare for workshops and drive client alignment through outside-in recommendations o Experience on Order management, Warehousing and planning systems including Salesforce, Manhattan, OMP or Kinaxis
