Consultant Psychiatrist Wolverhampton Salary: up to £165,000 Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Consultant Psychiatrist for our client , based in Wolverhampton. The role as Consultant Psychiatrist is a Full-time role (part time opportunities available), 37.5 hour per week, offering a salary up to £165,000 per annum. We are seeking a full time Consultant Psychiatrist to cover 17 beds in our Acute service. Role will be working with male and female patients. You will fulfil the role of Responsible Clinician to patients supervising the process of referral and admission, including contribution to the pre-admission assessments of adults of working age. You will be part of a well-established and cohesive team of medics which includes; Medical Director, Consultant Psychiatrist, Speciality Doctors, Registered Medical Officer and Aston University Medical Students, the service has strong links with other surrounding Hospitals within the region, providing the opportunity to network with other Consultants from different specialisms and service lines. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, your role will include but not be limited to: • Thorough assessment of individuals needs throughout admission • Person centered collaborative treatment plans • A range of interventions available from a diverse MDT • Being cared for in the least restrictive environment • Effective liaison and joint working with Locality team.
