Finance Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Plymouth based client as a Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role supports an experienced and professional finance team. The Role: As a Finance Business Partner, you will be the day-to-day business partner to external stakeholders and be an integral part of the external financial reporting team. This would be a good first step for someone in practice wanting to transition to industry. Responsibilities Include: * Provide technical accounting expertise and advice * Prepare monthly reporting pack to parent company * Assist with annual tax packs and liaise with tax specialists * Support statutory audit management and annual accounts preparation * Ensure accurate and compliant charges to the parent company * Maintain and implement internal controls Requirements: * ACA/ACCA qualified preferably * Highly knowledgeable in accounting standards * Good understanding of financial regulation and compliance * Excellent communication both verbal and written * Strong IT skills including ERP systems, Intermediate Excel * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field What You Get in Return * £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus * Private Health Insurance * Pension Scheme * Life Insurance Scheme * On-site subsidised gym and canteen * Free car parking * 28 days holidays (plus Bank Holidays)
