About the Role: As an Experienced Primary Teacher in Year 2, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education to the students. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners, foster a supportive classroom environment, and assess student progress effectively. Working closely with colleagues and parents, you will contribute to the holistic development of each child, promoting a love for learning and fostering curiosity. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum. Provide effective assessment and feedback to support student progress. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Establish strong partnerships with parents and caregivers to support student development. Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience. Proven experience teaching within the Year 2 age group. Excellent understanding of the national curriculum and assessment procedures. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
