Job Role: HR/recruitment Assistant  Salary: £23,500-£25000 Location:  Mountsorrel (Based in the office on a full time basis) Are you passionate about people, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a keen eye for detail? If so, we want YOU to be a vital part of our growing team as a HR/Recruitment.  My client based in Mountsorrel are looking to introduce an Assistant HR/Recruitment assistant to their team to provide comprehensive administrative/on boarding support to the Hiring Managers and the Head of Recruitment Responsibilities. Processing candidate applications through our ATS (Matron). Updating and managing all social media platforms. Accurately maintaining office systems and databases Manage all Reference checking and chasing across the group. Processing online DBSs for all candidates and understanding the importance speed and type of DBS needed. Assigning online training to successful candidates and maintaining their training is up to date as an employee. Being a point of contact for all new starters within their first month.Requirements Strong attention to detail is essential to excel in this role. Manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and employees. Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus. Experience in a HR/Recruitment setting
