Telesales Executive


Telesales Executive Location: Office Based in Colchester at Sveralls industrial estate - Parking on site Dynamic and forward-thinking technology firm with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a reputation for excellence, are seeking a dedicated Telesales Executive to join their team. This role will focus on mainly outbound telephone-based sales activity designed to generate, qualify, and assist in converting new sales opportunities. There will also be a flow of inbound sales calls and inbound leads. Key Responsibilities: Utilising a range of different data sources, (including a database of potential clients) to create and maintain a list of potential sales opportunities With a focus on telephone-based activity, build a contact strategy for this prospect list with the intent of generating qualified leads with a need for the company's software products that can be passed to the Business Development Manager Work with the Business Development Manager to help turn qualified leads into converted sales Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with all relevant information in relation to sales leads, ensuring accurate data is produced in relation to the sales pipeline Work closely with the Business Development Manager and the wider Sales team to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets Stay up-to-date with new product launches and wider industry newsAbout You: Minimum of GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C (or equivalent) 1+ years of B2B/B2C sales/account management experience Experience in a Telesales role or similar. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with the ambition to grow the business. Dynamic, positive, and proactive attitude Strong communication skills and attention to detail Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems Experience of working within the mortgage or wealth industries is desirable Experience of working within technology industry is desirable.  Benefits: 30,000 - 35,000 OTE (Office Based) 24,000 basic Full-time or Part-Time (20 hours+ and core working hours) 20 days holiday, increasing on length of service to a maximum of 30 days per year plus bank holidays Group Pension Scheme Death in Service Insurance Social events throughout the yearCollaborative and supportive work environment
