As a Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you will play a key role in the dynamic growth of the organisation. As a Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all processing operations within the Purchase Ledger function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role will involve organising and training staff to enhance flexibility and ensure adequate coverage within the department. Key Responsibilities * Ensuring accurate and timely execution of all processing operations related to the Purchase Ledger Function * Manage, develop, and lead team members to foster a positive and productive working environment. * Establish and maintain strong client relationships, both internally and externally, at all levels * Utilize IT skills to streamline processes and contribute to the efficiency of the Purchase Ledger function. * Showcase proficiency in financial systems, with a strong emphasis on Excel. * Take the lead in the implementation of the scanning project for the Purchase Ledger team. * Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications and Experience * Previous experience in managing, developing, and leading team members. * Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships. * IT literate, with a strong emphasis on financial systems and advanced Excel skills. * Proven experience in overseeing and implementing process improvements. * Excellent organisational and communication skills.
