M&E Supervisor £25,000 - £40,000 D.O.E London Private Health Care Pension 33 Days Holiday Our client operates in design and installations for environmental control, covering the full life cycle from conception, installation, maintenance. As a business they are now expanding and winning more projects across the M&E and Ventilation sectors. Due to growth, we are looking for a hands-on M&E Supervisor that can fast track into a Project Manager role in the near future. Majority of our work is across London and the surrounding areas. Across the commercial space our client’s work includes project designs, mechanical & electrical installations, refurbishments and fit out works and projects can range from anything upto £5M. M&E Supervisor Role: * Quality and Assurance checks * Sub – Contractor management * Adhering to H&S standards * Client meetings * To assist the project manager in delivery of projects * Report on site progress to the project manager * Review of the Scope, produce RAMS documents where required * Ordering of materials on site Key Requirements: * M&E Supervisor experience, from a mechanical trade background * HND / HNC or other industry related certifications * Current, valid CSCS card, ideally supervisor * A working knowledge of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, and Outlook * Able to drive and access to a vehicle The Ideal Candidate: * Positive attitude, constantly working to high standards * Ability to remain calm and handle various situations upon site * Driven and motivated * You must have excellent communication and supervisory skills * Experience working on commercial projects
