Job Description for Head of Business Development: Our client is a well established credit management service specialising in helping organisations manage debt. This is an exciting position for a Head of Business Development who is looking to join a successful company. This will be a ‘hands on’ role both managing the business development / sales team and your own sales. The Role: * The role to take overall responsibility for the sales team and sales growth plus managing your own sales. * You will be based in North West London but after initial training there will be the opportunity to work from home some of the time. * The position is part internal and part visiting potential clients all over the UK so the flexibility to travel with some overnight stays is essential. Experience & Skills for this Head of Business Development role: * Candidates should have some experience of managing a sales / business development team and driving growth and be ready for their next career move. * Solid business development experience * Ideally you will have sold a service. If you have experience of selling into solicitors, large recruitment firms or selling invoice financing it would be an added advantage.
