The Opportunity We are looking for somebody with a positive, energetic and can do attitude to join our experienced and energetic team! If you are currently a Project Administrator with at least 2 years’ experience within the Construction Industry please keep reading…. In the role you will be a pivotal member of the projects team and will have a focus on the administrative needs of the Project Managers and the projects. You should possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Key Tasks & Responsibilities * Providing full administrative support to Project Managers * Data entry and management of various spreadsheets * Responsible for the creation and collation of project documents i.e. O & M Manuals and Technical Submissions * Resource allocation (raising, scheduling, costing, closing of jobs for projects) * Administrative control of Project Management Software * Document controller for Projects Department * Record and control field staff overtime, expenses and timesheets * Assist with reporting and monitoring of project budgets * Assist with purchasing requirements for projects Skills and Personal Attributes * Previous working experience in Project Administration * Previous working experience in the Construction Industry * Proficient with various IT software packages, including CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) * Experience of working as part of a team * Experience in use of CAD software an advantage * Excellent organisational and scheduling skills * Ability to multi-task and a willingness to learn * Professional and presentable with a friendly personality The Package Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Hours of work - 40 hours per week, office based - Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (Northolt, Middlesex) Holidays - 20 days per annum (increasing annually to a maximum of 25 days after 5 years) plus 8 Bank holidays Comprehensive Company health insurance Company laptop Statutory Company Pension
