This role:

You will be joining a motivated, customer-focused and fun team. Responsible for the support, configuration, and functional analysis of various ?best of breed? housing applications. You will become a subject matter expert for; the applications within our estate, the services they underpin, and the needs of our customers. We put people at the heart of everything we do and encourage intelligent data-driven decisions.

You will be expected to multi-task efficiently and effectively. Whether it be managing 2nd line support, ad hoc business demand, working on projects or analysis of business needs. You will be expected to work on occasional weekends and evenings subject to business needs.

What you'll need to succeed:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, from within the housing sector. You must have lots of experience with NEC Housing and its core modules. You will need to be knowledgeable in core ITIL practices, and SQL and have a good understanding of security and data management.
